My ausi
asked me to find her some short poems that she would try to memorize or
something. These are some nice ones, and seemingly relevant to my situation.
Hans Christian Anderson-
“To move, to breathe, to fly, to float,
To gain all while you give.
To roam the roads of lands remote,
To travel is to live.”
Risk by Anaïs Nin-
“And then the day came,
When the risk to remain tight in a bud
Was more painful
Than the risk it took to blossom”
Groundhog day: The Sush popped out of her rondaval before
the sun was even up, so there was no shadow to be seen, Even so, she jumped
back inside because it was so cold, which only means one thing: 8 more months
until spring.
